1、提要目的：本文通过临床研究，观察督灸配合药罐改善强直性脊柱炎(AnkylosingSpnodylitis，简称AS)肾阳亏虚证患者脊背僵硬症状的疗效，并初步探讨其作用机理，为临床治疗AS提供有效的综合疗法。方法：筛选强直性脊柱炎肾阳亏虚证患者60例，随机分为两组，以督灸+药罐组30例为观察组，督灸组30例为对照组。分别观察治疗前后患者晨僵指标（晨僵时间、晨僵的整体水平），体征指标（“4”字试验、指地距、枕墙距、胸廓呼吸度），炎症指标（ESR、CRP），骨代谢指标（骨钙素N端中分子（N-MID））。结果：

2、经治疗一疗程后，与对照组相比晨僵指标（晨僵时间、晨僵的整体水平）有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。观察组总有效率为93.3%，对照组总有效率为83.3%。结论：督灸配合药罐能有效改善强直性脊柱炎肾阳亏虚证患者的脊背僵硬症状，其作用是通过消除局部炎症、抑制疼痛，缓解肌肉痉挛，修复肌端病变，阻止肌腱、韧带的纤维化、硬化或钙化来实现的，且对晨僵指标的改善作用优于单纯督灸疗法。关键词督灸；药罐；强直性脊柱炎；僵硬；疗效；临床研究ClinicalStudyonDuMoxibustionAccompaniedbyHer
