1、陕西中医学院硕士学位论文尺胫针疗法对软组织损伤性疾病即刻效应的研究姓名：张培国申请学位级别：硕士专业：针灸推拿学指导教师：张卫华201206摘要{JIIIIIIIrlllllltIllItIlUrllIY2115403目的：观察并客观评价尺胫针疗法干预软组织损伤性疾病的即刻效应，以说明其见效的速度，为今后临床广泛推广应用该疗法提供可靠的资料。方法：120例均门诊或者义诊诊断为软组织损伤的患者，采用盲法、随机、平行对照的临床试验原则，分为尺胫针组、腕踝针组两组，每组60例(1：1)。观察患者治疗前、针刺治疗后即刻、留针15分钟时、起针后即刻的疼痛、压痛、关节活动度的积分变化，

2、经spss分析、统计处理。结果：1．针刺后即刻，尺胫针组和腕踝针组的疼痛度、压痛度及总评分在治疗前后自身比较及组间比较均有统计学差异(P0．05)，尺胫针组为98．33％，腕踝针组为93．33％。说明两组在改善软组织疼痛上有明显疗效，总有效率无明显
