1、华东师范大学2011届硕士学位论文摘要《崇明三岛总体规划》的制定，明确了崇明作为上海市可持续发展重要战略资源的定位。在生态岛建设的背景下，崇明亟需紧紧抓住创建国家可持续发展实验区的契机，大力推进崇明湿地碳源汇研究，为上海市的碳增汇减排和产业结构调整做出贡献。借助计算机技术建立崇明湿地碳源汇信息共享发布系统，有助于解决“数据孤岛”现象，对于促进不同研究组织之间数据共享、信息交流，实现崇明碳源汇研究地深入开展具有重要意义。本文在湿地碳源汇相关数据分析、用户需求分析的基础上，依托决策系统资源优势，利用数据库技术、元数据技术、WebServices

2、技术以及地理信息技术，采用面向服务的思想设计了崇明湿地碳源汇信息共享发布系统。在数据共享方面，致力于基础数据、碳源碳汇专题数据共享利用。在信息发布方面，为网络用户提供灵活多样的碳源汇信息服务。论文主要研究成果总结如下：首先，在需求分析的基础上，完成了崇明湿地碳源汇共享发布系统功能模块分析和系统框架设计。其次，针对系统数据的类型差异，设计采用Oracle数据库承担关系型数据的存储与管理，依托ArcSDE完成地理空间数据的有效组织。利用XML技术完成了数据元数据建模，并在元数据技术、WebServices技术支持下实现了碳源汇数据分布式存储——
