1、华北电力大学硕士学位论文摘要随着火力发电单机容量朝着大容量、高参数方向发展,对其最重要辅机锅炉给水泵的参数及可靠性要求也越来越高。论文针对350MW超临界机组锅炉给水泵的设计进行了研究,提出了超临界锅炉给水泵的典型结构,在双壳体大容量、高参数锅炉给水泵水力参数的精确计算、给水泵的壳体密封、轴封、轴承以及轴向力平衡机构的设计上进行优化,以提高泵的运行可靠性,减少振动、泄露、磨损等影响泵稳定运行的缺陷发生。同时阐述了对该泵在结构设计方面的独创性、水力模型的先进性,以及研制过程中为提高泵的性能指标、改善泵特性曲线形状、解决运行平稳可靠性等关键问题而采取的技术措施。提出了防止给水泵汽蚀的
2、几项措施,总结了对给水泵的试验验证方法和试验结果分析,采取措施改进使获得要求的性能曲线。分析了给水泵项目的研制中解决的技术要点和关键问题,总结了设计中的创新点。研制的350MW超临界机组锅炉给水泵通过台架试验证明结构合理、性能可靠、效率高,具有较高的应用和推广价值。为超临界机组锅炉给水泵的国产化提供了有益经验。关键词:超临界;锅炉给水泵;结构;水力;可靠性;效率I华北电力大学硕士学位论文AbstractWiththedevelopmentofhigherparameterandlargercapacityofthermalpowergeneratingunits,boilerfe
