1、摘要科技型中小企业的发展对于提升我国工业的自主研发能力，加快我国产业结构调整，淘汰落后产能，促进产业聚集，整合产业链条，打破西方发达国家的技术垄断，使我国企业尽快走出“产业分工微笑曲线”的低谷具有重要的支撑作用。近年以来，尽管我国科技型中小企业在数量和质量方面都有了显著的提高，但由于科技型中小企业规模小、投入高、风险大，政策扶持力度不足，中小企业金融服务体系不健全等多方面原因，融资难的问题始终困扰着科技型中小企业的发展，并已经成为一种关键的阻碍因素，因而需要社会各方力量高度关注，尽快予以化解。文章论述了科技型中小企业的融资方式和融资特征及我国科技型

2、中小企业所面临的融资困境，指出：当前我国科技型中小企业融资结构失衡，企业的资金来源高度依赖于内源融资，在外源融资方面又主要依靠银行短期贷款。发达国家常见的风险投资、证券市场股票融资、债券融资以及场外交易市场的股权转让融资等方式由于各种原因都很难为我国中小企业提供有效的融资支持，政府政策性资金支持力度不足，商业银行也不愿向中小企业提供贷款，这些问题都严重阻碍了企业的技术研发和科技成果转化，导致我国科技型中小企业的发展举步维艰。在上述基础上，文章进一步深入分析了科技型中小企业融资难问题的形成原因，提出了相应的解决方案。同时根据作者的工作实践，结合“关系
