1、residualrateandgonadmaturityofredlipcroakerwereanalyzedaccordingtothedataobtainedfromfisheryresourcemonitoringwithpairboRomtrawlersintheEastChinaSearegionin1963，1983and2001．Thecurrentfisheryresourcesituation，distributionandextantresourceamountofredlipcroakerwereas

2、sessedandanalyzedaccordingtothedateofresourcesurveyin2002．Themaximumsustainableyield(MSY)ofredlipcroakerwasestimatedwithSchaeferandFoxmodel，accordingtothefisherystatisticyearbookanddataobtainedfromthefisheryresourcesmonitoringintheEastChinaSearegionfxom1991to2003，

3、andthestandardizingonthetotalfishingeffortwiththeyieldintheEastChinaSearegion．Theoptimumyield(Y0．1)andthetotalallowablecatch(TAC)ofredlipcroakerintheEastChinaSearegionwereanalyzedanddiscussedbasedOiltheMSY．Thecommonlyusedmethodsintheworldandmainmeasureinourcountry

4、offisheryresourcemanagementwerecombined，thenthegoalandmeasuresuitforredlipcroakerwereputforward．Theresultsshowedthatthephenomenonofsmallsizeandlowageaggravatedgradually,individualgrowthacceleratedandmaturitybecameearlier,thestockofredlipcroakerwasinatypicalsymptom

5、ofgrowthoverfishing，during1963to1983thento2001，theaveragebodylengthreduced矗om224．23mmof1963and152．3lmmof1983to120．97mmof2001，the．theaverageagereducedfrom5．66and1．99in1963and1983toO．923in2001．thegrowthrateincreasedandgrowthparameterroseto0．55in2001from0．44in1983and

6、0．24in1963．Theinflexionagebecamesmall，whichreducedfrom3．80yearsof1963and1．95yearsof1983to1．67yearsof2001．Thefisherybiologyin2002indicatedthatmanychangestookplaceonthebiologyparameterofredlipcroaker，fishingmainlyreliedonjuvenites，utilizationoffisheryresourceswasunr
