1、摘要2011~2012年在内蒙古呼和浩特市和林格尔县西沟门实验基地,以草原3号杂花苜蓿(MedicagovariaMartin.cv.CaoyuanNo.3)和锡林郭勒缘毛雀麦(BromusciliatusL.cv.Xilinguole)为材料、休闲地为对照,建立单播、间行混播及同行混播人工草地,对其土壤微生物量碳、氮含量及牧草生物量进行了研究,结果如下:(1)不同种植方式明显影响土壤微生物量碳、氮含量,其中草原3号杂花苜蓿与缘毛雀麦混播地土壤微生物量碳、氮含量显著高于单播和休闲地;随着土层的加深,不同种植方式土壤微生物量碳、氮含量逐渐减少。(2)不同种植方式影
2、响草原3号杂花苜蓿地上生物量,混播时地上生物量显著高于单播,而缘毛雀麦单播时较混播高,草原3号杂花苜蓿与缘毛雀麦地下生物量变化趋势与地上生物量相似;土壤微生物量碳、氮与牧草地下生物量、总生物量呈正相关,与牧草地上生物量呈负相关。(3)在混播方式中,草原3号杂花苜蓿CRa值大于1,其竞争力大于缘毛雀麦。关键词:微生物量碳;微生物量氮;种植方式EffectofPlantingPatternsonSoilMicrobialBiomassCarbonandNitrogenofMedicagoArtificialGrasslandAbstractThispaperisst
