1、重庆大学硕士学位论文中文摘要摘要微弧氧化技术是一种先进的表面处理新技术,应用此技术可在Al、Mg、Ti等金属及合金表面原位生成优质陶瓷膜层。本文研究了MAO技术对模具表面进行强化,成功地制备了优良性能的MAO涂层。通过利用XRD、SEM、光学显微镜和显微硬度计等设备对微弧氧化膜层结构和性能进行了检测。用扫描电镜、X射线衍射分析了膜层形貌、成分和相组成,用显微硬度仪测量了膜层硬度。结果表明MAO结晶致密,厚度均一,膜层和基体结合牢固紧密,且具有较高的显微硬度。本文还深入研究了微弧氧化膜层对基体力学性能的影响,微弧氧化
2、涂层的热疲劳性能及其对熔体流动性的影响。根据实验、主要得到如下结论:①先后经过热处理、微弧氧化处理的ZL101具有优异的综合力学性能,满足作为模具对其力学性能的要求。②微弧氧化膜层的热疲劳性能优于阳极氧化膜层,且微弧氧化膜层具有较好的耐高温磨损性能。③在相同条件下,经过微弧氧化处理的流道对熔体充型能力有利,涂层越厚,越有利于熔体充型。④通过实际应用表明,在本实验条件下,经微弧氧化处理后的铝质金属型铸件各项力学性能优于铁质金属型铸件,且经微弧氧化处理的模具表面损伤后允许重新氧化修复。关键词:快速模具,铝合金,微弧氧化
