1、鞍山科技大学硕士论文摘要摘要预焙阳极是铝电解槽的“心脏”。石油焦是预焙阳极的主体原料,石油焦的质量直接影响预焙阳极的质量。本文主要通过压密的方法改变石油焦性质,通过实验检测,压密石油焦的理化性能明显好于普通石油焦的理化性能,其理化性能指标为:体积密度:1.439/era3,显气孔率:26.73%,吸水率19.57%,粉末比电阻:415rtQ·m。检测以压密石油焦为骨料制备预焙阳极块试样的理化性能,得出以下结论:1.以压密石油焦为骨料制备的预焙阳极块试样与普通石油焦为骨料制备的预焙阳极块试样进行对比,通过检测,以压密石油焦为骨料制备的预焙阳极块试样理化性能指标
2、达到:体积密度:1.649/cm3,显气孔率:15.31%,电阻率:471x.Q·m,耐压强度:48.30MPa。2.以压密石油焦为骨料制备预焙阳极块试样过程中,中温煤沥青加入量由15%降到13%,预焙阳极块试样的理化性能指标仍然达到:体积密度:1.649/cm3,显气孔率:15.26%,电阻率:46儿Q.m,耐压强度:49.33MPa。3.为了更好的改善预焙阳极块试样的理化性能,将压密石油焦进行了浸渍。以浸渍压密石油焦为骨料制备预焙阳极块试样,其理化性能指标达到:体积密度:1.689/cm3,显气孔率:14.69%,电阻率:42p.Q·m,耐压强度:51.
