4、lydevelopedbySimonFraserUniversityandZhejiangUniversity(ZJU),China,willacquiretwograduatedegrees.Graduateswillreceiveamasterofscience(MSc)（理学硕士）degreefromSimonFraserUniversity,andamasterofsoftwareengineering(MSE)degreefromZhejiangUniversity.Studentswillstudyand

5、conductresearchatbothuniversities.ThelanguageofinstructionatSimonFraserUniversityisEnglish,whileatZhejiangUniversity,itiseitherEnglishand/orChinese.AdmissionRequirementsStudentsmustbeadmittedtooneuniversity,andthenapplyandbeadmittedtotheotheruniversity.Toqualif

6、yforadmission,studentsmustsatisfytheusualadmissionrequirementsasspecifiedbyeachuniversity.Theuniversityoffirstadmissionwillbereferredtoasthestudent's'home'university.StudentswhosehomeuniversityisSimonFraserUniversityarecalledSFUstudentswhilethosewhosehomeuniver

7、sityisZhejiangarecalledZJUstudents.Onceadmittedtothehomeuniversity,thestudentmaythenapplyforadmissiontothegraduatedualdegreeprogramnormallywithin12monthsofthedateofadmissiontothehomeuniversitygraduateprogram.Theprogramapplicationrequiresthesupportandinvolvement

8、ofthestudent'ssupervisoratthehomeuniversity.ThegraduateprogramcommitteeatthehomeuniversitydecideswhetherornottorecommendthestudentforadmissiontotheGDDP.Arecommendedindividual'sapplicationwillthenbeforwardedtotheotherpartneruniversity.Applicantsmustmeettheadmiss

9、ionrequirementsofthatpartneruniversity.（12个月内申请，所在校同意推荐后申请函会送到对方学校，对方学校同意接收后即可）ProgramWithdrawal（退出项目）AstudentmaywithdrawfromtheGDDPmaster'sprogrambytransferringtothemaster'sprogramattheirhomeuniversityatanytime.Thefullacademicrecordatthepartneruniversitymaybeu

10、sedtodeterminestandingatthehomeuniversity.Astudentmaywithdrawbytransferringtothemaster'sprogramofthepartneruniversityonlywithpermissionofthegraduateprogramcommitteeofthepart
