1、摘要陶瓷连接愚陶瓷实瘸亿的关键之一。本文采耀AgCuTiPd纤辩来连接Si3N4陶瓷和40CrMo,研究了改变钎焊工艺参数和钎料中Pd含屠对钎焊接凝组织帮毪能静影确。逶进螽接蠢镜、x射线鬈辩、电子探铮等实验手毅对Si3Nd40CrMo接头的界面反应、微观结构和组织及其对涟接性能的影响进行了疆察与分叛,遴过对羧翻豹分援臻定了苓嚣条终下接头豹叛裂类型。研究结果表明:采用AgC'uTimPd5%(at.%)钎料,在1193K保温30rain熬连接条传下,熬获褥一个较好熬连接接头,其曼点弯热强度值为352。3MPa。接头在靠近陶瓷一侧形成了一个TiN反应层
2、,靠近40CrMo一侧宥一个FeTi、Fe,Ti反废层,中蛹部分熬本上是禽Ag棚稠富cu相组成购共晶体,其中分布莆CuPdTi三元化合穆。随着钎焊温度的升高和舔温时闯的延长,FeTi、Fe矗i反应层逐渐增厚。温度的升高,寓Ag相嗣富cu相由小的流体状转变为大块获豹蘑溶律,当澈度超过1243K辩还崮袋了~种躲裙FeSiTi三元亿舍物。弯曲断口观察表明,当钎料中的Pd含量为5%时,断裂是发生在靠近陶瓷一侧懿最大残余应力鲶,这秘鼗裘吴骞较裹戆接头强发;姿镑辩孛懿麓会豢为209I时,断裂直接发生在钎料上,发生这种断裂时接头述接强度低。荧键词:AgCuTiP
