1、ABSTRACT2020，thesupplyanddemandofwaterresourceinYiwuCityhasaseriousimbalance．In2020，thewatershortageratewillbereachedto39％．WecanseethattheYiwuCity’Swaterresourcewillbeaseriousshortage．Sotheproblemthathowto．usethelimitedwaterresourcestoadvancingreasonablesoci

2、alandeconomicactivitiesshouldberesolvedassoonaspossible．(3)Proposingtheoptimalallocationwater-savingplanningaboutwaterresourcestoagainstthewatersupplyanddemandsituation，andthenproposethewater—savingmeasureforallaspectsofthewatersectorwhichisthecombinationofs

3、ocial，economic，environmentalecologicalinprogram．Accordingtothestudy，thefollowingconclusionscanbedrawn：Thewaterresourcesplanningofregionalinvolvetheentirewaterresourcessystemwithhighlycomprehensive．Thetheoreticalresearchandpracticalexperienceabouttheoptimalal

4、locationofwaterresourcesindomesticandinternationalshowsthatoptimizingallocationofwaterresourcesusuallybasedontwoprimarilyaimsofthe”opensource”and’throttling”．Wherefore，YiwuCitywaterresourceplanningcallmainlyintwo-prongedapproach：Ontheonehand，makeuseofwaterre

5、sourceswiththeconceptofsustainablewithintheregion．Ontheotherhand，fornon—conventionalwaterresourcessuchasmediumwater，sewagedoingasreasonablerecycling，andwealsoshouldmakefulluseofrainwater，transitwaterasmuchaspossible．Bycombiningofthetwoaspects，theUsingofwater
