1、捅要摘要本论文研究了硅酸盐一硫铝酸盐复合体系水泥的组成、性能及制备方法,并借助XRD、SEM、DTA/TG等多种测试手段,研究了复合体系水化产物的微观结构,探讨了复合体系的水化机理。通过一系列的实验,研究了复合体系的材料组成、石膏品种、制备方法对其性能影响规律,研究表明:在确定所用原材料和制备方法的情况下,材料组成是复合体系性能主要影响因素,通过掺入适当量的硫铝酸盐熟料,改善了复合体系水泥的性能指标,得到了适宜的优化复合体系水泥配比。在复合体系中掺加不同品种的石膏(无水石膏、二水石膏、两种石膏混合),发现二水石膏对复合体系水泥的缓凝作用比无水石膏明显,无水石膏
2、易引起复合体系水泥急凝和需水量增大。同时,无水石膏利于复合体系水泥一天后早期强度的增加,二水石膏利于复合水泥后期强度的增加。从颗粒细度,颗粒形貌及机械力化学反应等方面分析了制各方法对复合体系水泥影响,并且得出,立磨粉磨效果最好,有利于水泥强度的提高,其次,辊压磨的粉磨效果比球磨要好。综合分析以上研究结果,结合复合体系水泥与硅酸盐水泥水化产物组成及其微观结构的分析,发现二者有很好的对应性,在此基础上进一步探讨了复合体系水泥的水化机理。关键词硅酸盐:铝酸盐:石膏;复合体系北京工业大学工学硕士论文AbstractThearticlemainlystudiesthec
