1、华北电力大学硕士学位论文摘要石灰石一石膏湿法烟气脱硫工艺系统复杂,在脱除502的同时,要消耗大量的石灰石、水、电等资源,其中电费占脱硫装置总运行费用的80%以上,因此,节电对提升脱硫系统的经济性具有重要意义。本文从烟气脱硫系统的实际运行状况和参数入手,首先计算负荷变化时循环浆液的需求量,从而优化系统的耗电大户循环浆液泵的运行方式并提出泵轮改造方案;其次采用数值计算软件Fluent模拟了循环浆液喷淋量和提供方式变化时脱硫塔内压力的变化情况,为增压风机节能分析提供了理论依据;最后通过对比分析不同调速方式提出了增压风机改“降速消裕”的改造方案。理论计算显示上述改
