1、论文摘要知识共享作为促进教师专业发展的重要手段，有助于促进教师知识的传播、共享、创新和增值，有利于促进教师群体和个人的专业成长，对教师教育教学水平的提高有着举足轻重的作用。教师知识共享，iHFl益成为增强学校竞争力、促进学校可持续发展的强大推动力。本研究采用文献分析、问卷调查的方式，搜集实证数据，目的在于了解小学教师知识共享的现状及其影响因素，并结合调查结果和已有文献，从两个层面提出促进教师知识共享的可操作性建议。在对己有文献和相关概念进行总结、界定的基础上，本研究利用自行编制的问卷，对小学教师知识共享现状及其影响因素进行了调查分析。结果表明：1、教师知识共享总体状况良好

2、，学校为促进教师知识共享做出了一定努力，但仍有较大改善的空间。2、教师知识共享仍拘泥于传统教研方式，网络教研没有广泛开展。3、不同教龄组教师在知识共享认知和行为方面存在显著差异，不同年龄组教师在知识共享意愿和行为方面存在显著差异。4、个人因素与学校因素影响教师知识共享。针对上述结果，论文从学校层面和教师个人层面探讨促进教师知识共享的机制，并提出具体策略：教师个人层面…转变知识观念，加强对话交流，学习信息技术；学校层面…精简组织结构，营造学校文化，完善技术支撑体系，建立激励机制。关键词：教师知识教师知识共享知识共享策略AbstractAstheimportantmeanto
