1、硫酸镁在妊娠期高血压轻度子痫前期应用价值doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.4.7摘要目的：探讨硫酸镁在妊娠期高血压轻度子痫前期中应用的价值。方法：收治轻度子痫前期患者72例，随机分为两组。两组均一般处理，包括保证休息，间断吸氧合理饮食，必要时加地西泮镇静。一组为常规应用硫酸镁。观察指标：发展为重度子痫前期，胎动减少发生率，新生儿1分钟评分，5分钟评分。8例因要求出院，未能继续治疗，退出研究。发展至重度子痫前期的：实验组4/34,对照组3/30,差异无统计学意义（P

8、siumsulfate；Value资料与方法2011年1月-2013年1月收治轻度子痫前期患者72例，年龄20〜39岁，孕周33〜39周，随机分组。入院后完善检查，排除妊娠合并原发高血压及肾脏疾病引起的高血压患者。两组产妇年龄、孕周差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。参加试验的孕妇均未临产，血压在140〜160/90-llOmmHg,尿蛋白（+）,均至少有2次阳性结果。血常规、凝血功能、肝肾功能正常，彩超提示胎儿发育正常，无中枢系统异常表现,无异常临床表现；两组病例在产前均无其他妊娠
