2、署、施工准备与资源配置计划、分部分项工程施工方法、安全管理计划、质量管理计划、环境管理计划、施工进度计划和施工现场平面布置等。金域蓝湾32#楼为高层剪力墙结构住宅楼工程，该工程施工组织设计编制是对项目从开工准备到竣工验收全过程进行的规划设计，根据设计图纸和合同文件编制工程概况，参照国家现行规范、验收标准来编制各分部分项工程施工方法，用未来软件绘制出现场平面布置图、横道图和网络图。运用横道图和网络图对进度计划进行分析，并根据实际情况提出了具体的进度保证计划实施的措施，质量和安全方面，制定了技术、组织措施，针对施工项目中常见
