1、中南林业科技大学硕士论文基于环境．生态经济系统能值分析怀化市绿色GDP的研究耗的情况下，其传统GDP是逐年递增的趋势。但如果考虑自然资源和环境损耗的影响时，即从传统GDP中剔除这部分所消耗的自然和环境资源的价值，即绿色GDP是呈波动状况的，如果对自然资源和环境损耗较大的年份，则传统GDP的减项增大，从而导致绿色GDP的值减小。更进一步表明，传统GDP的核算方式仅仅反映经济增长的数量而并没有反映GDP增长的质量，即不反映经济增长过程中对自然和环境的消耗，也就是说怀化市传统GDP的增长有部分是以投入自然资源和对环境的损耗的增加而增加的，其传统GDP所计算增长的结
