3、dthewaterecologicalcomprehensivebearinglimitcoefficient.Thehigherthebearinglimitcoefficient,thehigherthebearingcapacityoverloadorlimiteddegreeshowed.(3)Thisstudyconsideredwaterresourcessupplyanddemandandthewaterenvironmentcarryingsystemasthemainresearchfocus.Itestablishedasystemdynamicsmodel
4、fortheTielingcontrolunit.Throughthisstudy,adevelopmenttrendofthewaterecologicalbearingcapacitywaspredicted.Theresultsincluded:thelimitingfactorsofthewaterbearingcapacityandthewaterenvironmentbearingcapacitythatwouldbeincreasinglyunderstress.(4)Ninemeasureswererecommendedtoimprovethewaterecol
5、ogicalcarryingcapacityoptimizationcontrolschemefortheworseningsituationofwatersenvironmentsysteminthecontrolunit.Aftertheimplementationofthenineprogramofmeasurestoprotectaquaticecosystems,waterecologicalcomprehensivebearinglimitcoefficientbythetargetyeardroppedfrom4.306to1.635(baseyearis1.70
