2、hesustainableuseanddevelopmentforwater.Geographicinformationsystemhasthecapabilitiesofefficientspatialdatamanagementandspatialdataanalysis,ithasbeenwidelyappliedinmanyresearchfields,Theyplaysanimportantrolesforestablishmentthesurfacewaterresourcesmanagementinformations
3、ystem.Therefore,thispaperproposesthesurfacewaterresourcesmanagementinformationsystembasedonGIStechnology,itachievestheintegratedmanagementforwaterresources.Basedonanalysisthepresentsituationofthewaterresourcesmanagementofhomeandabroad,thispapertakesArcGISandArcSDEofthe
4、ESRIcompanyasthesupportingplatformofgeographicinformationsystem,C#asthedevelopmentlanguage,Oracledatabaseasthedatasupportplatform,anditusestheC/Smodel,itdesignsasetoffeasiblewaterresourcesmanagementsystembyGIS,thispaperalsostudiestheproblemofreliability,stabilityandoth
