3、ttentionasthethirdheavypollutedamongsevenprimaryriversystem.AsthelargesttributaryoftheYellowRiver,WeiheRiverplayaveryimportantroleinthefunctionofsupplyingtheYellowRiver’strunkstreamwatersourcesanddilutingtheYellowRiver,andit’sanimportantpartofimprovingthewaterqualityoftheYellowRi
4、ver.Soit’sanimportantmeasureofwaterenvironmentprotectionandsustainabledevelopmentofWeihebasinbyimprovingtheWeihebasinwaterqualityandstrengththemanagementofWeihebasin’swaterenvironment.Alongwiththerapiddevelopmentofthegeographicinformationsystem(shortasGIS),weintroducetheGIStechno
5、logyintothewaterenvironmentmanagementtomonitorthewaterquality,evaluatethewaterquality,predictthewaterqualityandmanagethewaterqualityandsoontoinformatizatethewaterenvironmentmanagemententirely.Itcanexpandthescopeofwaterenvironmentinformationmanagementgreatly.Inthispaper,accordingt
6、otheprincipleofpractical,easytooperate,unity,andcombiningtheGISfunctionsandwaterenvironmentmanagement,wedevelopedawaterenvironmentmanagermentsysteminWeiheriverBasinwithC#.NETandArcEngine.Thissystemmainlyrealizesthefollowingfunctions:(1)Thevisualizationcapabilitiesofwaterresources
7、management:thecorecontentofthesystemisdataediting,queryingandstatisticalevaluation,mainlyusingthevisualizationcapabilitiesofdatainGIS,realizingthediversityinquiryandevaluationofthedata,andprovidingamoreintuitiveandclearerwaterIIIenvironmentmanagementplatformandplanningplatformfor
