1、企业人力资源竞争力现状与提升对策研究AbstractIn21stcentury,humansocietyhaveenteredtheeraofknowledgeeconomy,humanresourcesgraduallyreplaceotherresourcesandbecomethecoreofenterpriseresources.theeconomicglobalizationhasacceleratedallocationofresourceintheglobal,thereiskeenercompetitionamongent

2、erprises.However,inthefinalanalysis,itisthecompetitionthatiscompetitionofhumanresourceofamongenterprises.Whoownsthecompetitiveadvantageofhumanresource,whocanwininthecompetition.Thecompetitivenessofhumanresourcehasbeenbecomingthehotspotofresearch.Basedoncollectingandcompre

3、hendingthepreviousreferences,educethetheoreticalconcepetofthecompetitvenessofhumanresource.Then,proposingtheconceptoftheoperationaboutthecompetitivenessofhumanresource’sdimensions.Therearedatasof201samplesinall,whicharecollectedthroughopen-interviewsandquestionaire-survey

4、.Troughusingthefactoranalysis,theresultsshowthatthecompetitivenessofhumanresourceincludesfourdimensions,whicharethebasiccompetitiveness,theinnovativecompetitiveness,thepotentialcompetitivenessandthecooperativecompetitiveness.Acocordingtotheresultsoffactoranalysis,usingthe

5、total-addingscaletoappraisethecompetitivenessofhumanresourceandhumanresource’sdimensionsaboutourcountry’satpresent,andanalysisthestatusofthecompetitivenessofChina’humanresource.Throughthereferencereviewandtheoreticalanalysis,therearefourfactorsthathaveanimportantimpactont
