1、浙江工业大学硕士论文摘要多高层钢结构住宅体系研究摘要钢结构是我国近年来快速发展的一种结构，它具有抗震性能好，施工速度快，工业化程度高，综合技术经济性能好等优点。技术方面，近些年一些科研机构、院校和大型企业都陆续投入了大量的资源进行研究，很多单位都研发出自己的钢结构住宅体系并形成科技成果。建设方面，在一些大型钢结构企业的推动下，在全国范围内建成了一些钢结构住宅试点小区，为钢结构推广积累了重要的经验。但也出现了一些需要进一步解决的问题。本文阐述了钢结构住宅及其产业化的概念，介绍了国内外钢结构建筑住宅的发展历程，分析推动和限制我国钢结构发展的几大因素。针对钢结构住宅的特点，总结了几大类适应钢结构住宅
