1、摘要随着物流业的快速发展，我国物流企业呈现出的集团化、跨地域经营的特点，构架于信息系统之上的统一管理、统一决策、统一运营成了必然趋势。信息系统成为了物流企业的大脑和神经网络，数据中心成了一个单位运营的关键。信息系统灾难恢复建设对于物流企业的信息安全越来越重要。但是目前针对物流业信息系统灾难恢复建设方面的文献还很少。本课题研究的基本目的，是为物流企业开展信息系统灾难恢复的规划及实施起到理论和实践的专业指导作用。研究的理论意义是形成一套较完整的物流企业信息系统灾难恢复规划方法论体系。研究的实用价值在于利用物流企业信息系统灾难恢复规划

2、方法论体系解决物流企业信息系统灾难恢复建设中建什么和怎么建的实践问题；本课题的研究成果对于物流企业开展信息系统灾难恢复规划和准备工作的有益指导，为物流企业科学实施信息系统灾难恢复提供指导性的流程和方法。本课题的研究方法主要是调查研究法、文献资料法、案例分析法、定性分析法、跨学科研究法、模型分析法、经验总结法等方法开展课题前、中、后期的分析研究。本论文主要地创造性成果是：将信息系统灾难恢复方法论引入到物流行业中，建立物流企业开展信息系统灾难恢复建设的理论体系和较完善的方法论；在物流企业灾难恢复建设模式的选择方面给出了实用性较强的选
