1、摘要摘要本课题研究的是水泵性能参数在线监测和故障诊断系统,可降低煤矿井下的事故发生率,也可为水泵的科学管理运作提供现场参数。水泵的性能参数监测主要包括硬件设计、软件设计和仿真调试三部分,水泵故障诊断系统主要介绍转子轴向位移的检测方案。水泵性能参数监测的硬件设计主要是根据所设计的总体方案和模块功能选择出相应的硬件,主要包括数据信号采集、串口通信、最小系统、按键电路和液晶显示部分设计。根据硬件设计原理图和系统PCB图制作出相应电路板,并对电路板进行调试,以确认电路板的正确性。软件部分设计是使用Keiluvision4C51软件开发
2、系统,设计程序包括主程序、数据采集处理子程序、菜单子程序、显示子程序和串口通信子程序。数据采集处理子程序是采集水泵的流量、扬程、功率和转速四路信号。仿真调试是用Proteus仿真软件对单片机和外围器件进行仿真调试,为了验证系统工作的正确性和合理性需对系统进行现场试验。水泵故障诊断系统是根据确立的转子轴向位移检测参数、以单片机为控制核心建立的系统,根据系统的方案阐述其硬件组成和软件设计要点。图[46】表【15】参【41]关键词:水泵;性能测试;单片机;故障诊断;轴向力分类号:TH311;AbstractThissubjectis
