1、摘要随着信息技术的不断进步和经济的全球化，企业的物流管理已从单个企业转向企业所在的供应链之间的竞争。供应商管理库存(VendorManagedInventory,简称ⅢD在这种新的社会环境和市场特点下应运而生。VMI打破了传统的各自为政、条块分割的库存管理模式，以系统、集成的思想进行库存管理。无论是理论研究还是实际操作，VMf系统设计和运行中的核心问题就是论文研究的库存管理与运输调度整合优化问题(InventoryRoutYngProblem,简称朋四。御的研究使得供应方可以根据需求方的销售信息，更加合理地安排库存补充和配送计划、从而降低物流成本。在综述国内外对库存管

2、理与运输调度整合优化问题(瑚I尸)研究现状的基础上，论文对删问题进行了理论研究，并通过案例分析探讨理论研究结论在实践中应用的可行性。论文阐述了IRP问题的定义与研究特性，分析了IRP计划决策者必须解决的三个问题：时问或频率、配送量、配送路线，介绍了脚管理策略，包括眦的定义、眦的产生与发展、VMI系统的构成，着重分析了VMI下库存管理、运输调度与传统库存管理、运输调度的区别。论文分析了所研究的物流系统特征、成本构成与决策变量，建立了以系统总费用最小为目标函数的库存管理与运输调度整合优化模型，并提出了求解该模型的迭代算法、遗传算法步骤与流程图，求解最优的补货配送频率、配送
