1、.13688355644319例泌尿生殖道支原体培养及药敏结果分析胡雪梅1(四川达州市通川区妇幼保健院,635000)周先军2,李慧2(四川金域医学检验中心,610081)【摘要】目的了解本地区支原体感染所致泌尿生殖道疾病情况,并对药物敏感性进行分析,了解耐药情况,为临床合理使用抗生素提供实验依据。方法对319例泌尿生殖道患者进行解脲脲原体(Uu)和人型支原体(Mh)培养和药敏试验。结果319例泌尿生殖道感染患者检出支原体感染114例,占35.74%:其中解脲脲原体69例,占60.53%(69/114);解脲脲原体合并人型支原体37例,占32.45%(37/114);人型支原体8
2、例,占7.02%(8/114)。药物敏感性排序,排在前4位的抗生素为:美满霉素(95.61%)、交沙霉素(90.35%)、强力霉素(88.60%)、四环素(86.64%);耐药率排在前四位依次为环丙沙星(32.46%)、罗红霉素(57.02%)、氧氟沙星(57.02%)、红霉素(57.02%)。结论泌尿生殖道支原体感染以解脲脲原体为主,解脲脲原体合并人型支原体感染次之,单独人型支原体感染较少。药敏试验表明,支原体对常用抗生素已产生较高耐药性,...提示临床要积极开展泌尿生殖道的支原体培养及药敏试验,规范治疗,合理使用抗生素。【关键词】解脲脲原体、人型支原体、泌尿生殖道感染、药敏试
