1、7A版优质实用文档合同能源管理机制推广研究摘要随着我国经济发展水平的不断提高和工业发展速度的加快，人们的节能意识越来越强烈。节能形势的逐渐变好，相应地反应出我国节能服务行业发展规模和速度与工业、交通和建筑行业的发展格局有了一定距离，节能服务还没有发展成为一个规范的产业。节能服务业的市场化水平距国外发达国家还有一些差距。针对这些问题，本文结合合同能源管理机制在中国的推广，选择了中国三家节能服务公司在市场上的运营情况，对其在市场和运做过程中的一些问题进行了分析，提出了市场定位和运行策略的相关建议。本论文分析框架建立在服务营销学、服务管理与营销理论和项目管理学的成本控制理论基础之上
