1、中北大学学位论文铝合金轮辋焊接接头压力变形对组织性熊影响的研究摘要本文分析了现有轮辋制造方法的优缺点,以8.5B一20轮耥零件为背景,结合铝合金焊接技术的发展现状,提趱了关于轮辋零件生产新工艺的设想,邸焊接接头压力变形工艺。通过理论论证与实验研究相结合的方法,开展了2219锚合金焊接接头压力变形过程及组织分析的研究。根据轮辋的服役条件、对材料力学性能的要求及所提出的轮辋焊接接头压力变形新工艺,拟定了轮辋的生产工艺路线;确定了硬铝合金2219终为轮辋的铡各材料,及轮辋零件的焊接方法及热处理规范。撤据焊接接头的冶金特性和力学行为,确定了焊接试样的尺寸,以及
2、具钵的焊接工艺参数与焊接材料;试样按照既定懿压力变形工艺加工后,统一进行热处理;而后进行拉伸性能测试。整体分砉厅试榉的力学性能数据,霹知:提高材料的抗拉强度,会搜材料的延伸率降低;380℃与66.7%变形程度组合的抗拉强度值最高。对拉伸试验中试棒的断裂情况进行分橇,得出:交形后簿缝处强度提高。对380。C与66,7%变形程度组合熬试样和焊缝对比试样进行显微组织观察和对比,得出:压力变形对焊缝显微组织的改善效果是明显的。关键词:铝合金,2219,轮藕,焊搂接头,蘧力麴工中北大学学位论文EffectsofPressureProcessingontheOrg
