1、中南大学硕士学位论文摘要钴结壳的破碎剥离是深海钴结壳开采过程中的关键步骤,本文首次对振动切削破碎剥离深海钴结壳进行了理论和试验研究,并对振动式钴结壳破碎剥离方案进行了技术论证和可行性分析。本文从钴结壳与基岩的物理力学特性研究出发,结合单轴压缩载荷下钴结壳损伤破坏CT实时检测实验结果,运用断裂力学的理论从细观和宏观两个方面分析了钻结壳的细观损伤机理和刀具切削宏观破碎过程,揭示了钴结壳内部存在的缺陷裂纹和孔洞在外载荷作用下沿着高密度区与低密度区分界面的扩展是导致钻结壳破裂的主要原因。在此基础上,作者从断裂动力学的观点出
2、发分析了振动加载对钴结壳切削破碎机理的影响,从理论上得出振动加载相对于静态加载能有效降低破碎剥离钴结壳时的切削力和单位能耗。据此进行了振动式螺旋滚筒切削头技术设计,并在自行开发的破碎试验台上对钴结壳模拟料进行了振动加载切削破碎试验,探寻了振动切削破碎钴结壳模拟料时各工作参数的优化匹配,振动切削破碎剥离钻结壳的效果和可行性得到了验证。理论分析结果与试验结果较吻合。论文进行了具有理论意义和工程实践价值的创新性研究探索,为振动切削破碎剥离钴结壳打下了良好的理论基础,为将来在实际钴结壳矿产资源开发中设计振动式采掘头提供了技
