1、鱼坠塑生兰竺塑L塑墨选矿生产计划软件系统的设计与开发摘要随着信息技术和现代管理技术的发展，企业管理已丌始从金字塔模式向扁平化模式转换，适合扁平化管理模式的CIMS(ContemporaryImegratedManufacturingSystem)成为工业自动化高技术的研究热点。基于j层结构(ERP／MES／PCS)的CIMS体系已成为综合自动化研究的热点。选矿生产计划系统是选矿企业制造执行系统(MES)中的重要组成部分，对于MES系统以及综合自动化系统乃至整个选矿企业生产过程都具有重要的意义。本文以选矿实际生产为背

2、景，对选矿生产计划系统进行了研究，并设计与丌发了选矿生产计划软件系统。主要内容如下：结合选矿生产过程管理的特点，在基于ERP／MES／PCS三层结构的计算机集成制造系统的框架下，对选矿MES的生产计划系统进行了研究。提出了选矿生产计划系统的总体架构和系统的结构与功能。对选矿生产计划方法进行了初步研究，现了选矿生产过程的原矿处理量分解设定、包括计划分解方法和关键指标设定方法，实原矿品质预测。设计并开发了选矿生产计划系统软件，包括系统结构、功能、数据库、界面等设计，将该系统应用到酒钢选矿厂，现场调试与应用结果表明选矿生
