1、摘要特硬、超强、高韧性等难加工材料的表层去除加工技术长期以来,~直是困扰机械制造业的难题之一。属于我国原创技术的短电弧加工技术。以其科学、经济、高效、低能耗、节省原材料、低噪声污染等突出技术特点,必将成为一种极具市场潜力、有着良好发展前景的高效实用的硬面材料加工技术。针对目前短电弧加工技术工作机理还不甚明了,技术工艺方法还不够先进等现实问题,为进一步提升短电弧加工技术,及早实现短电弧加工机床的数控,加紧进行短电弧关键技术及机理研究就显得尤为重要。在课题研究中作者对短电弧加工机理进行了初步探讨.主要包括:短电弧强电流加工技术的介绍;对已经研
2、制的DHZl6040CG短电弧机床的技术特征、主要技术指标、重要装置进行了较为深入的研究分析;尤其对短电弧加工技术中的电弧放电特征的概述及针对短电弧强电加工系统中的电流信号的提取建立大电流参数采集系统;拟建立7数据分析系统;为今后短电弧机理研究提供了重要的检测平台和初步的试验方法。关键词:短电弧加工机理研究电参数PCI-1716数据采集卡DelphiABSTRACTOneofthedifficultproblemstopuzzlemechanicalmanufacturingindustryisespeciallyhard,ultrast
