1、汽车尾灯支架拉延成形过程数值模拟及工艺参数优化摘要汽车尾灯支架属汽车覆盖件,其结构尺寸大,形状复杂,成形过程难以确定。本文通过数值模拟对其成形过程及工艺参数进行分析,开展汽车覆盖件数值模拟及工艺参数影响的研究对冲压行业特别是汽车覆盖件的设计与制造有着深远意义。本文通过对汽车尾灯支架及其它一些覆盖件的研究找出了覆盖件有限元模型建立及模拟的基本流程和方法;基于数值模拟技术对汽车尾灯支架成形的三个关键工艺参数(板料、压延筋、工艺补充面)进行了优化;在压延筋模拟中,结合等效压延筋模型和真实压延筋模型的优缺点,提出等效压延
2、筋和真实压延筋结合的模拟方法,实现效率和精度兼顾;在板料优化中,把有限元逆向法同正向有限元模拟结合起来引入汽车覆盖件拉延毛坯的设计,并总结了工艺预冲孔对成形的影响及设置规律;在实验验证中,通过物理实验对模拟和优化结果进行了验证,物理实验的结果体现了模拟的准确性和优化的合理性。最后,在现代模具设计里,三维模具是发展趋势,本文结合UG软件对汽车尾灯支架落料和拉延工序的模具进行了三维设计,总结了三维模具设计的优点和特点。关键词:汽车覆盖件汽车尾灯支架拉延数值模拟优化NumericalSimulationandTechn
