1、摘要随着我国汽车工业的飞速发展,尤其足重型号车产量的急剧增长,大直径轴类零件的需求量也与口俱增,作为一种非常适于阶梯轴和回转类零件生产的新工艺,楔横轧也随之日益向大型化发展。但足迄今为止,在国内外的文章资料中鲜有关于特大型楔横轧生产、装备及工艺理论的研究介绍,这使得特大型楔横轧的普及推广受到很大程度的限制。所以,对于大直径轴类件楔横轧工艺的理论研究就显得极为迫切。本文运用DEFORM.3D软件进行了大量的计算机模拟计算,通过对比来分析直径差异对轧制过程造成的影响,研究了轧件直径的差异对心部破坏程度的影响,并阐明大直径大变形的楔横轧工艺的可靠性;分析了大直径
2、轴类件楔横轧成形过程中的应力、应变变化规律:对比分析了展宽角、成形角、断面缩减率等工艺参数的变化给大直径楔横轧轧制过程带来的影响,为合理确定模具工艺参数提供依据;分析了大直径轴类件轧制过程中,轧件心部轴线方向各点的应力、应变变化,阐明了大直径轴类件的变形规律。本文针对我所已开发的大型楔横轧工艺中轧件出现的塌角、不圆及轧件侧移等缺陷进行研究分析,先通过精确对比,判断出即使在较小直径的楔横轧件中也存在类似问题,接着阐明了由于尺寸效应,在大直径零件中,这类问题由于超出允许公差而异常明显并必须解决,最后又提出新的工艺方案以解决上述缺陷,并通过计算机模拟及实验进行了

6、singFEM,contraststhedifferenceoftheprocesswithdifferentdiameterparts,andanalyzesthedamageofcenterlocationindifferentworkpieces.Itshowsthedistributionofstressandstrainfieldinrolledworkpiecesandthepatternthattechniquesparameter’Seffectonstressingrolledworkpioces,andestablishestheimp
