1、西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文第1页摘要钢轨闪光焊具有自动化程度高、焊接效率高、接头质量好等优点而被铁路工程建设大量采用。现有移动式钢轨闪光焊机都采用单相工频交流供电方式工作,在焊接过程中,单相工频交流电经焊接变压器变换,实现钢轨端面快速加热,但也带来供电三相负荷极不对称、功率因素低、能耗大等问题需要研究和解决。本文以降低焊接能耗为主要实现目标,针对钢轨闪光焊交流电源存在的问题,分析了现代典型的交流和直流闪光焊机的硬件回路、供电电源状况,计算说明了钢轨交流闪光焊中的无功功率和三相负荷平衡对焊接质量的影响,以及对节能效果的作用,提出了采用AVR单片机数字化
2、控制技术、LCDl602人机界面,通过调整发电机励磁电流控制单相发电机,改变发电机输出特性,直接对焊接变压器供电的新思路和技术方案。通过模拟试验和现场验证,本文设计完成的单相发电机控制系统,可在电磁干扰极为严重的闪光焊接工况下正常工作,操作界面良好,能满足大功率钢轨交流闪光焊机的使用要求,符合闪光焊接供电设备高可靠性、节能化、小型化、全数字化的发展方向。关键词:钢轨;闪光焊;单相发电机供电;单片机控制技术;节能西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文第1I页AbstractInrail-weldingfield.theHash—Buttweldingisamain
