1、流动相为甲醇:去离子水(PH=5)=92.5:7.5(体积比),流速采用0.5mL/min。高效液相色谱法测试发现碱洗后的防老剂D重结晶纯度明显提高,经过多次区域熔融的效果最佳;防老剂D工业品中几乎不含苯胺,具体原因可能是苯胺已被氧化:防老剂BHT所含的杂质主要是对甲酚和异丁醇,其中异丁醇的含量大。使用高效液相色谱法测量时,选择用标准曲线法和单点校正法定量测量防老剂D与BHT纯度,并检验防老剂D与BHT的均匀性和稳定性,得出均匀性和稳定,性符合要求。天然橡胶的热氧老化研究结果表明,防老剂D纯度越高,天然橡胶的抗热氧老化能力越强。关键词:标准物质防老剂D防老剂BHT重结晶区域熔

4、chromatography(HPLC)isusedtodeterminethechemicalcompositionoftheantioxidantDandBHT,itisqualitativeanalysis.Atthesametimeanapparatusofzonemeltingisdesigned,themethodofzonemeltingisusedtopurifythepurifiedproductofrecrystalizing.Afterpurification,thehomogeneityandstabilityofthepurifiedproducto
5、fantioxidantDandBHTareexaminedbyhighperformanceliquidchromatography(HPLC).Themethodsofhighperformanceliquidchromatography(HPLC)anddifferentialscanningcalorimetry(DSC)areusedtodeterminetheirpurities,itisquantitativeanalysis.Besidesthat,italsostudiestheeffectsofindustrialandpurifiedantioxidan
