1、碗}论文超缨配锕的电铸T艺优化研究摘要本文进行了双向脉冲电铸超细晶铜实验,通过改变脉冲参数,分别使用扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜观察电铸层的形貌和晶粒尺寸大小的变化规律,并探讨了金属电解沉积和结晶过程的机理。试验表明双向脉冲电铸能得到结构细致的超细晶铜。随着正向平均电流密度的增加,晶粒尺寸逐渐减小,结晶细致,但电流密度过大时,晶粒尺寸币新变大,铸层会被烧焦:随着正向占宅比,,4-的增加,晶粒尺寸逐渐增大;随着正向频率f+的增加,晶粒尺寸逐渐减小。此外,反向的脉冲参数也可改变铸层形貌和晶粒尺寸的大小,但其作用效果不如正向脉冲参数明显。超细晶锕的平均晶粒尺寸为450n
2、to左右,其中强度得到显著提高,为普通粗钶的2倍左右,最高的屈服强度达到546.8MPa,抗拉强度达到682.1肝a,但延伸率较低,一般在10%以F。其中晶粒细化和哑晶中存在大最的位锗畴肇为强度提高的E要原因。存在大最挛晶的电铸层强度有所下降,延伸率增加。主要是位错在大挛晶中易于移动,从而造成强度下降,颦性提高。对超细晶铜进行热处理,观察到晶拉长大、孪晶减少的过程,造成强度下降,延伸率上升至20%左右。关键词:脉冲电铸,脉冲参数,孪晶,高强度矽士论文超细晶铡的电铸r艺优化研究abstractBidirectionalimpulseelectroformingsupe
