1、摘要超声波在丙烯酰胺一二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵反相微乳液共聚中的作用研究丙烯酰胺(AM).二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)共聚物作为一种水溶性阳离子型絮凝剂,因正电荷密度高,絮凝能力强,而且无毒、不污染环境,在水处理方面的应用备受关注。为提高特性黏度,可采用反相微乳液聚合方法制得。由于两种单体共聚差异显著,无法得到特性黏度和阳离子度均高的共聚产物。为解决这一矛盾,把超声波引入聚合体系中,主要考察了不同引发剂.超声波体系、不同阶段超声时间、超声功率、超声温度、单体、引发剂用量和配比等因素对聚合物特性黏度、阳离子度和溶解性能的影响。结果表明:
2、在超声波辅助引发下,聚合物的特性黏度和阳离子度得到明显提高,溶解性能也有改善;超声时间、超声功率、超声温度、单体、引发剂的用量和配比对聚合物特性黏度和阳离子度的影响较为明显;特性黏度和阳离子度大小影响聚合物的溶解性。最后抽样进行絮凝表明:特性黏度和阳离子度越高,絮凝效果越好;二次絮凝可以使一次絮凝的悬浮物继续沉降,进而提高一次絮凝效果。关键词:丙烯酰胺,二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵,反相微乳液聚合,超声波111北京化工大学硕上学位论文RESEARCHoFU1月RASoNICⅥ,AVEoNINVERSEMICRo.EMULSIoNCoPoLYMER
