1、南京理工大学硕士学位论文聚苯胺混合型电容器的研制摘要使用乳液聚合一萃取法合成可溶性导电聚苯胺,总结出最佳的反应与后处理工艺条件。并以此为基础进行共掺杂与二次掺杂的研究。制备了导电聚苯胺粉末与氯仿萃取的导电聚苯胺溶液。使用XRD、TGA、UV-Vis、及FT—IR等手段对掺杂态聚苯胺的性能与结构进行了分析。研制了使用可溶性导电聚苯胺与液体电解质共同作用的新型铝电解电容器.聚苯胺混合型电容器。探索了其制作方法与工艺,并对其各项特性进行研究。研究发现:乳液聚合一萃取法制各的十二烷基苯磺酸(DBSA)掺杂导电聚苯胺具有良好的溶
2、解性;共掺杂法能够使聚苯胺在保持较好溶解性的同时,对其电导率与热稳定性进行提高,二次掺杂法能够显著提高掺杂态聚苯胺的电导率,并长期保持;以导电聚苯胺的氯仿萃取液通过溶液漫渍的方法,并加以液体电解质进行二次老练,能够成功地制备性能优异的聚苯胺混合型电容器。与传统液体铝电解电容器相比较,其具有高频.低阻抗的特性和稳定的温度特性,并具有一定的自愈性能。与纯固态聚合物电容器相比具有较低的漏电流。同时,在工作条件下能够保持较高的可靠性与较长的寿命。关键词:聚苯胺:导电性:溶解性;掺杂:固体电解质;铝电解电容器Abs订act硕士论
