3、hodandcalculatingprogram.Thepurposeofthispaperincludesthreecontents.Oneistoresearchamethodthatwecancalculatetheorientedironfibermixture'sEMparametersfromit'scomponents.Thesecondistoaffordappliedcomputerprogram.Thelastistoanalyzetherelationbetweenmixtrue'sEMparametersandironfiber'sfigureandcontent,an
4、dgetsomedisciplinaryconclusions.ThispaperusestheStrongFluctuationTheory(SFT)asanalysistool.First,westudyhowapplythismethodtotheironfibermixture,andrecognizeitcanbeappliedforthispurposeonlyiftheEMparametersofthesingleelectricfiberbeobtained.Second,becausedyadicGreenfunction'ssingularitygreateffectsin
5、tegralequationinSFT,weresolvethecalculatingproblemofcoeffitcientsofsingulardyadicGreenfunction.Atthelast,wedesignprogrammforsearchingtherequiredEMparametersofthemixture.Theobtainedformulaarecouplingequations,itisimpossibletousetraditionalnumericalvalue'smethods,sowesupposetousegeneticalgorithmto电子科技
