1、硕十学侮论文摘要本文系统地研究了当前水性发光涂料和稀士离子激活碱土铝酸盐长余辉发光材料的研究现状和发展趋势,对铝酸锶长余辉发光材料的表面包覆改性、苯丙乳液的合成及水性光涂料的制备、性能测试等多个方面进行了研究。在温度为80℃、PH值约为1.2的酸性条件下用改性的聚丙烯酰胺对SrAl204:Eu2+,Dy3+发光材料进行包覆。采用红外吸收光谱、热失重和荧光光谱等对包覆后的发光材料进行了表征和性能测试,并通过PH值测定结果和沉降实验对改性的发光材料的耐水性和分散性进行了测定。结果表明,聚丙烯酰胺实现了对发光材料的包覆,包覆后发光材料的强度降低了约2%左右,但对其长余辉性能
2、无太大影响,经聚丙烯酰胺包覆后,发光材料的耐水性和分散性得到明显地改善。本文在合成了苯丙乳液的基础上,以改性后的SrAl204:Eu”,Dy”发光材料为颜料,苯丙乳液为成膜物质,配制成水性发光涂料。结果表明,苯丙乳液用量、发光粉用量、粒度、填料和反应PH值等因素分别对涂膜机械性能、涂膜长余辉发光性能、涂料储存稳定性等产生重要的影响。确定出该涂料的最佳配方,测定了涂料的各种性能,并对影响涂料性能的主要因素进行了探讨。关键词:发光材料;包覆;水性发光涂料;性能测试水件发光涂芈:l的:驯箭与忡能研究AbstractResearchstatusanddeVelopmentf6
