1、摘要随着大气污染的日益严重汽车的排放法规也越来越严格平板式氧传感器以其激活快体积小等优点成为汽车尾气传感器的重要发展方向陶瓷基片的制备技术是研究平板式氧传感器的基础与关键本文详细研究了氧化锆基片的流延制备技术具体工作如下研究了市售超细粉末原料的处理工艺利用煅烧和球磨的方法改善了粉末的形貌及粒径分布获得更高的散装密度较好的满足了流延成型的要求同时提出了合适的煅烧温度和球磨时间通过测试氧化锆浆料流变性能沉积实验以及对素坯烧结体性能的分析比较等手段系统深入研究了三种分散剂三乙醇胺松油醇磷酸酯浆料pH值球磨时间粘结剂和增塑剂等对制备稳定分散的氧化锆浆料
