1、鞍山科技大学硕士论文摘要摘要本文针对合成精炼渣对钢水脱硫、脱磷作用做了深入系统的研究。在实验室内进行热模拟实验,系统分析了影响精炼渣脱硫脱磷作用的关键因素。依据冶金的热力学和动力学理论,按正交设计的思想,同时脱硫脱磷采用CaO(Ba01一Al203一MgO—CaF2渣系,并尝试采用铝粉石狄渣系进行脱硫实验。从动力学角度分析影响脱硫脱磷过程的限制性环节。对CaO—A1203一MgO—CaF2渣系脱硫脱磷实验结果表明,深脱硫必须在深脱氧的前提下进行:初始硫、磷含量高,则脱硫脱磷率高;硫、磷的分配系数随光学碱度的增大
2、而增大。在含BaO渣系中BaO与CaO进行合理的配比可以获得较高的脱硫脱磷率;CaF2的加入降低了渣系的粘度,提高了流动性,有利于增大反应速率:碱度在10~19%,光学碱度在O87~0.90,AI,01在9~l3%,CaF2在16~18%,BaO在15~20%时,脱硫率和脱磷率都较高。利用铝粉与石灰精炼渣深脱硫,合成渣成分简单,脱硫效果好,成本低;由熔渣对脱硫和脱磷反应速率的影响分析可知,高温有利于脱硫,低温有利于脱磷。硫和磷在渣钢中的传质过程是影II向反应速率的限制性环节。关键词:精炼渣,脱硫,脱磷,反应速率
