1、摘要本文主要介绍发动机台架测试系统开发的整个过程。发动机是工业生产中的主要动力机械之一．它在汽车、船舶、铁路、航空等方面获得广泛的应用。随着工业发展，发动机的性能要求越来越高，因此对发动机性能的测试手段和数据分析方法有了进一步的要求，需要实用快捷的发动机铡试系统。内燃机专业的教学内容重中之重的就是台架试验，它是内燃机专业学生对内燃机各种性能参数及其变化规律的宏观认识方法。本课题以先进的数据采集设各为基础．开发了实用的发动机测试系统软件，一方面供r‘大的专业学生试验使用，另一方面在提高精度的前提下供实际生产使用。文中介绍了基于Windows

2、的发动机性能试验数据采集分析系统，它具有良好的人机交互界面，精度高，数据处理及时可靠等优点．利用LabWindows／CVl软件开发的数据采集系统极大的改善了台架性能试验的工作效率。减轻了试验人员的负担。本系统主要应用于试验教学方面，节约了成本，提高了效率。测试结果表明该系统实现了预期的目的，并具有息好的通用性和实用价值。关键词：发动机，测试，数据采集AbstractThispapermainlyintroducesthewholedevelopmentprocessoftheenginetestsystem．TheengineisOne
