1、华北电力大学工程硕士学位论文摘要摘要本文根据包钢公司的实际情况，吸取国内外电能量计量自动化系统产品的优对包钢公司电能量采集管理系统的建设进行了研究、设计和实现。依据软件工程和面向对象设计方法，提出了系统的设计思想和框架模型。坚持以可靠性和实用化为中心的原则，按照一次设计、分步实施思想，将系统建设分为三个阶段，即首先实现电能数据的自动采集和集成；构建电能数据的应用平台，实现线损的综合分析与管理、供电可靠性统计分析、配变监测和负荷分析等基本应用；在实现系统可靠稳定实用基础上，充分对数据进行挖掘，实现电能数据的深层次应用。根据这个设计
