1、不同浓度超高分子量聚乙烯冻胶纤维的萃取干燥工艺研究摘要本论文以二甲苯为萃取剂对不同浓度的超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)冻胶纤维的萃取与干燥工艺进行了研究,探索了UHMWPE纤维冻胶浓度的变化对成品丝性能的影响。对冻胶浓度分别为8.5%.9.O%的纤维在不同温度(30℃.75℃)下进行萃取,采取松弛和张紧干燥方式进行干燥,并对纤维进行了室温拉伸;对浓度为10%.12%的冻胶纤维进行了同等条件的萃取干燥,对成品丝纤维的性能进行了比较。运用Instronll22材料万能试验机、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对纤维力学性能、形态结构进行研究;采用了X.ray衍射(WAXD)、差式扫描
2、量热仪(DSC)等手段对纤维的结晶度、熔融等性能进行了表征与测试。实验结果表明:从除油工艺角度考虑,萃取温度应该选定在50℃以上;在同一萃取温度下,张紧干燥热力学性能优于松弛干燥;在相同萃取干燥条件下,随着冻胶浓度的升高,纤维的最大拉伸倍数和强度逐渐降低;萃取温度为60"C时,纤维的拉伸性能呈现最佳值;当冻胶浓度较高时,随着冻胶浓度的逐渐提高,冻胶纤维的除油率逐渐下降,结晶度逐渐增大,最大拉伸倍数逐渐降低;由冻胶纤维的SEM照片观察看出,随着冻胶浓度的提高,纤维网络结构中的孔洞变小变密集。关键词:超高分子量聚乙烯;冻胶纤维;萃取;干燥;冻胶浓度STUDYONEXTRACT

6、actiontemperatureshouldbeselectedhigherthan50℃;dryintensionisbetterthandryinrelaxedformwhentheextractiontemperatureissimilar;withincreasingconcentration,thecriticaldrawratioandstrengthoffibergraduallyreduced,whenextracting-dryingprocessesissimilar.Themaximumdrawratiosofthefiberwasachieved
