1、中文摘要本文通过在模拟体液中加入胶原,在Ti、NiTi合金表面生长HA/COL复合层,即成分、结构等与骨组织类似的仿生复合层,进一步扩大Ti、NiTi合金作为硬组织植入或替换材料在生物医学领域的应用。通过改变胶原及模拟体液的浓度确定了在Ti、NiTi合金表面生长HA/COL复合层的工艺;通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(Ⅺ①)、红外光谱(m)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和透射电子显微镜仃EM)对表面复合层进行了表征;并初步探讨了Ti、NiTi合金表面HA/COL复合层的生长机理。结果表明;在Ti、NiTi合金表面生长HA/COL复合层的工艺为:在0.59,/L的CSBF溶
2、液中生长12.24h;在1.09/L的1.5CSBF溶液中生长3d。Ti、NiTi合金表面的复合层主要由结晶度较低的羟基磷灰石和胶原组成。根据生物矿化的原理和过程,Ti、NiTi表面H~CoL复合层的生长过程分为预成核、晶体成核和晶体生长三个阶段。预成核在试样表面形成了带负电荷的微结构和磷酸钙盐的初始晶核;在胶原的调控下,无机相在有机/无机界面成核:晶核在胶原以及溶液中离子的运送速率和结合速率的影响下生长,最终在试样表面形成羟基磷灰石和胶原的复合层。关键词。Ti;NiTi;HA/COL复合层;仿生生长;生物矿化ABSTRACTThisworkismalayattributedto
