1、南京航空航天大学硕士学位论文摘要本研究开发出两种PTFE基金属自润滑轴承,第一种为GCr15-PTFE镶嵌型角接触轴承,以实现在低速重载条件下低摩擦和长寿命的目标,第二种为高强度铝合金-PTFE轴承,以满足航空工业对材料高比强度的要求。首先利用ANSYS有限元法对轴承基体进行结构设计。然后用酚醛树脂粉末与环氧树脂粘接GCr15与PTFE复合材料,选择粘接强度高的胶黏剂。最后,选用摩擦学性能优良的PTFE复合材料、优化的轴承基体结构以及粘接强度高的胶黏剂,制备出GCr15-PTFE轴承,选择兰州物理化学研究所提供的GCr15-MoS2轴承作对比试验。摩擦磨损实验在摆动实验机上完成
2、,试验条件:载荷为8-18KN,摆动频率8次/分钟,摆角为±30°,室温,相对湿度(70±5)%,研究其摩擦磨损性能。结果表明GCr15-PTFE轴承在重载条件下摩擦性能好,磨损寿命长。将PTFE纺织复合材料粘结到高强铝合金背衬上,制备成铝合金-PTFE轴承,选择航空工业常用的轴承(DU)作对比实验。摩擦磨损实验在摆动实验机上完成,实验条件:正压强为10-80MPa,摆动频率8次/分钟,摆角为±30°,室温,相对湿度(70±5)%,研究其摩擦磨损性能。结果证实铝合金-PTFE轴承的摩擦系数大约0.055,摆动磨损寿命大约2.5万次,均优于DU轴承,可见这种高比强的新型轴承适用于
