2、术利用液压自封原理的设计思路,采用新的复合密封和多级扶正的方式,解决了胶套溶胀导致卡泵的问题,实现了深井有杆柱塞泵不漏失、摩阻低。室内试验不漏失,泵效高达96%;现场应用效果显著,可延长检泵周期260d,提高泵效20%。解决了含聚、出砂、稠油、低产等复杂条件采油工艺技术难题。关键词:液压自封;抽油泵;高效;室内试验;现场应用中图分类号:TE355.5文献标识码:A文章编号:1000—3754(2010)04-I)ll5-04STUDYoNHYDRAULICPRESSURESELF.SEALINGNoN.LEAKAGEPUMPANDITSAPPLICATIoNLIJun.1iang,HANXi
