3、alprofessionhaveincludedtheprimacyofpatientwelfare.TheAmericanCollegeTHEIMPORTANCEOFETHICSINSURGERYofSurgeonswasfoundedin1913ontheprinciplesofhigh-Althoughtheethicalpreceptsofrespectforpersons,beneficence,qualitycareforthesurgicalpatientandtheethicalandcompe-nonmaleficence,andjusticehaveb
4、eenfundamentaltotheprac-tentpracticeofsurgery.ThepreambletoitsStatementon3ticeofmedicinesinceancienttimes,ethicshasassumedanPrinciplesstatesthefollowing:increasinglyvisibleandcodifiedpositioninhealthcareovertheTheAmericanCollegeofSurgeonshashadadeepandeffectivepast50years.TheJointCommissi
5、on,thecourts,presidentialconcernfortheimprovementofpatientcareandfortheethicalprac-commissions,medicalschoolandresidencycurriculumplan-ticeofmedicine.Theethicalpracticeofmedicineestablishesandners,professionalorganizations,themedia,andthepublichaveensuresanenvironmentinwhichallindividuals
